“Michelle is capturing beautiful timeless bespoke portraits of any child, as she believes every child is beautiful and should also look and feel that way."

Michelle’s philosophy is simple, to create extraordinary artwork available to anyone. Artwork they are proud to hang and display anywhere in their home. Artwork that is of someone they love, that is unique, contemporary and timeless and just as valued as any other form of art work in one’s home.

Once, Michelle found a family’s portrait photographs thrown away in a garbage bin and was mortified that the photography was so disposable and disregarded. That a family could throw away large images of their children, that they obviously spent quite a bit of money on, in the garbage. Perhaps the images to the family lacked quality, was too cliche, amateur, dated or perhaps too close to their own personal photography skills. Either way, it didn’t last. After working commercially all her career, Michelle decided she wanted to change the way family portraits are viewed and produced. To add that sense of fashion, style and point of difference to every shoot, just like a magazine cover, yet continually remain the highest of quality thus giving it its longevity.

Michelle endeavours to break the social norms of mainstream portrait photography by creating unique works of art, that can only be reminded of the classic Renaissance painters, sprinkled with a splash of fashion, topped with a mix of premium luxury and without a doubt becomes an heirloom.

Based in a real working studio, families can expect professionalism and a memorable experience that provides an insight into the commercial world of fashion and lifestyle.

Michelle’s images are described “as one of a kind works of art that are cherished for a lifetime”.
