The boring but important bits.

Even though the images may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. Michelle Young (the photographer) retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self- promotion, photo contests, etc unless otherwise agreed. As this is your commission, you can elect to have them not shared publicly, just please advise the studio in writing. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose unless agreed and it is unlawful to copy, scan, download, screen grab or reproduce any images without written permission of the photographer, Michelle Young. Aside from being the law, copyright protects the photographer, the subject (your child) and the integrity of the image.

The use of video recording and your own camera is not allowed during your photographic session at any time unless otherwise agreed. 

A 50% deposit is payable when you book Michelle Young Portraiture. This fee is non-refundable but fully transferable to any chosen products, session fee or packages with the balance of your package or session fee to be due 1 week prior to your shoot. Due to the quality of the products and work, any additional orders placed require payment at your viewing.
